Supply of Labor and Materials

  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites interested contractors duly accredited by the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) to submit proposals for the supply of labor and materials for the renovation of HGC Satellite Office at Building 421, Timesquare Commercial Center, Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

    2. Scope of Work:

    • Construction of concrete interior and dry wall (double wall) partitions including doors and windows and accessories;
    • Provision for water and electrical connection, rough-in and accessories;
    • Painting works; and
    • Provision for air conditioning connection and accessories, including supply of window type aircon unit.


  2. The approved Budget for the Contract is Php200,000.00


  3. All interested SBMA-accredited contractors may submit proposals at the Asset Management Department (AMD), 4th Floor, 335 Jade Bldg., Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City, and/or through telefax no. 897-32-90 on or before 5:00 p.m. of March 16, 2012.

  5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any offer or accept that which is most advantageous to the Corporation.
